After 10 years of focusing on Career Management and Career Transition coaching as well as personal coaching, I decided to leverage my experience to enter the world of recruitment. Every year I set a target for myself to learn or do something new and challenging and when this opportunity came up it seemed like serendipity! After a month of telephone and face to face interviews, a personality test and psychological assessment, I was delighted to secure a role as Senior Consultant at Drake International. I will continue with my first love of coaching and combine it with recruitment solutions. The exciting part of this is that I can use my coaching skills to fully understand the recruitment needs of organisations and find employees who are truly a good ‘fit’ for their team.
